Mr. Boucher joined The Jordan Company in 1983. Mr. Boucher has led the firm’s investments in Sensus Metering Systems, Inc., ICMS Holdings, Inc. and Reinhold Industries, Inc as well as other investments in a variety of industries. He has served on the board of directors of several TJC portfolio companies, currently including ICMS Holdings, Inc. and Sensus Metering Systems, Inc. Previously, Mr. Boucher was a senior lender at Manufacturer Hanover Trust Company. Mr. Boucher holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Williams College.
