Mr. Boucher joined The Jordan Company in 1983. Mr. Boucher has led the firm’s investments in Sensus, Ltd., ICMS Holdings, Inc., Haas Group International Inc., Reinhold Industries, Inc. and Zest Anchors, Inc., as well as other investments in a variety of industries. He has served on the board of directors of several TJC portfolio companies, currently including Haas Group International Inc., Sensus, Ltd. and Zest Anchors, Inc. Previously, Mr. Boucher was a senior lender at Manufacturer Hanover Trust Company. Mr. Boucher holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Williams College.
