Mr. Jordan founded The Jordan Company in 1982 and is the Chairman of the firm. Prior to founding TJC, he spent nine years with Carl Marks & Co., Inc. He has served on the board of directors of several TJC portfolio companies, currently including Sensus Metering Systems, Inc., TAL International Group, Inc., TJCC Holdings, LLC, TTS, LLC and Wound Care Solutions, LLC. Mr. Jordan is a Trustee of the University of Notre Dame and serves as Chairman of the Investment and Finance Committee. He also serves on the boards of the Lyric Opera and Art Institute of Chicago, as well as many other community boards. Mr. Jordan holds an A.B. degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and attended Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
