Mr. Zych joined The Jordan Company in 1995. Since joining TJC, he has worked with several portfolio companies including Lincoln Industrial Corporation, WH Energy, Safety Insurance, Precision Engineered Products Holdings, Inc., Sensus Metering Systems, Inc., and TAL International Group, Inc. He currently serves on the boards of directors of TAL International Group, Inc., Reinhold Industries, Inc. and Kinetek, Inc. Previously, Mr. Zych was an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch & Co. Mr. Zych holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
