Mr. Zalaznick co-founded The Jordan Company in 1982. Prior to founding TJC, Mr. Zalaznick was a partner in the Carl Marks Leveraged Buyout Group. He serves on the boards of directors of several TJC portfolio companies including Cequel Communications, LLC, Sensus Metering Systems, Inc., TAL International Group, Inc., TJCC Holdings, LLC and Wound Care Solutions, LLC. Mr. Zalaznick is also Chairman of Jordan/Zalaznick Advisers, the investment adviser to JZ Equity Partners PLC, a publicly traded closed-end fund. He is a Trustee and Vice Chairman of the Board of Cornell University and serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee and as a member of the Private Equity Committee Board of Overseers for Columbia Business School. Mr. Zalaznick holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
