Mr. Caputo joined The Jordan Company in 1990. Mr. Caputo has led the firm’s investments in Universal Technical Institute, Inc., Safety Insurance Group, Inc., TAL International Group, Inc., The Techs Holdings, Inc., Harvey Gulf International Marine, Inc., as well as others in a variety of industries. He has served on the board of directors of several TJC portfolio companies, currently including Olympus Re Holdings, Ltd., TAL International Group, Inc., Safety Insurance Group, Inc., Kinetek, Inc., Universal Technical Institute, Inc and Harvey Gulf International Marine, Inc. Previously, Mr. Caputo was with the High Yield Corporate Finance group of Prudential-Bache Capital Funding. Mr. Caputo is a member of the board of directors of the National Rowing Foundation and the Brown University Athletics Advisory Board. He holds a B.A. degree in Mathematical Economics from Brown University.
