Mr. Max joined The Jordan Company in 1986. Mr. Max has led the firm’s investments in Wound Care Holdings, LLC, Harrington Holdings, Inc. and Production Resource Group, Inc. as well as others in a variety of industries. Mr. Max has served on the board of directors of several TJC portfolio companies, currently including Wound Care Holdings, LLC, Harrington Holdings, Inc. and Production Resource Group. He is a Trustee of the Brooklyn Academy of Music and Prep for Prep. Mr. Max is also a Trustee of the Collegiate School in New York City and currently chairs the school’s Investment Committee. He holds a B.A. degree in English and History from Brown University.
